Commend a worker by name to their employer

Write a short note to a bus company, hospital or school naming someone who did their job well. Notes like this often go into the person's file.

How to do it

  1. Find the "compliments" or "patient relations" page for the bus company, hospital or school. Searching the organization's name plus "compliment" usually finds it.
  2. Write three sentences: who the person is (name or description, role, date and place), what they did, and what difference it made to you.
  3. Ask that the note be passed to the person and their manager.
